The Idea

From a simple mother daughter conversation April & Alyssa Biggerstaff came up with a concept. A concept derived from a lifetime of thoughts, visions, and family roots from the Lower Keys The Bay House was born.

The Location 

From the beginning, water was a must. the feel and serenity of the view of water had to be incorporated. So where else but just off the banks of the Ohio River, In beautiful Historic Newburgh, Indiana. And so the search was on, It was the moment they stepped out of their car and looked down Market Street onto the Ohio River that they knew the location had been found.

The Vision

A store was assembled from their thoughts and inspirations. Walk in and you will feel the essence and elegance of their thoughts. From the black marble countertops, to the pillar inspired wrapping station located behind the checkout counter. Their visions are represented everywhere you turn. From the furniture to the simplest of gifts.
